And following our usual forum comps, and after we've played the Eurocup and Copa América won by Netherlands and Argentina, we will now run the Copa Asia here, and Copa Africa will be played in Elite FB group.
As the Copa America, 114,9% avq, no 1-3* allowed so min' quality in starting 11 players should be 60%, and no 9* allowed.
Subs' from 1% till the same player we wanna sub' Avq. 3 subs max. and as in real UEFA rules in playoffs, if we play a Extra Time a 4th is allowed.
Ticket prices don't need to be reduced as there's a bug affecting the 5% possession.
In order to keep a minimal requirements and dont have a exclusive competition for only 13, or 12 managers, if someone misses his games I reserve the right to do a takeover of the country in order to complete the calendar and have x4 groups with 4 active teams.
We will play a group stage with 4 groups and best 2 will go to next round, being this a 1vs1 playoff played in a double leg format till the finale, and the fight for 3rd place, both in double leg format too.

TIE BREAK RULES
Group stage will give advantadge first by points earned, then GD, then if same GD, who scored more goals, in case that we still having a draw we will check out the 1vs1 and if the result was a draw, we'll need a new 1vs1 "performing as 2nd leg of the 1st match to determine the winner.
In the playoffs, in case of double draw with same amount of goals, like 1-1 /1-1 the ET of the 2nd leg will count as Extra Time and will allow teams to do a 4th substitution.
In the case that, the Aggregate is a draw, and we can't apply the rule of Doouble Value for the away goals (like a 2-0 / 0-2 aggregate 2-2)
We will repeat the 2nd match, and will be used entirely as Extra Time, allowing 4 substitutions on it.
As the Group stage have a unique 1vs1 the away goals will count double from QFs.
Minor points^^
-Tickets as said, dont need to be increased to have 0% possession due bug.
-The 114,9% can be shown in the other screen as 115%
-The infractions for using 1-3* players or 9* can be a straight 0-3 punishment or the team who breaks the limits, if the infraction is in the 2nd leg even if the team had a previous 4-0 adv' it can turn into a straight elimination.
-As said, if someone, misses his matches, to keep the requirements and tournament standards this will allow me to fins another manager to supply the 1st or, to manage the empty teams by myself. (remember I cant win the Token rewards but I can participate if there's an item as a manager lol)
