Yes, level-wise is definitely enough. You may just need to fine-tune some defensive extra-position players with SA suitable for your team later on in the next few seasons when you need to retire a few 22/25 yo players.
And maybe keep an eye to spot and train up your next superstar to continue the legacy of Suazo.

Quality-wise Suazo is 1* above, so no match in that sense. Suazo should last another 2.5 excellent playing seasons at least.
Sedlacek’s records and scoring ratio is not as good as Suazo, partly down the lower quality and also higher opponent quality from tougher draws. He does perform very well in asso matches and events.
