    I don't think so.

    They only reply to easy problems.

    I had opened up a ticket about server down in the middle of night which was about 20 days ago and and asking compensation for it as I lost some important match. However, they blamed it all on my internet and refused to answer further no matter what I say....

    Good job, isn't it??

    Support usually requires two work days to respond (48 hours), but due to Orthodox Easter and our equivalent of bank holiday being back to back, there's a backlog they need to go through. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
