Help me to Counter 4-4-2 and 4-2-2-2

I'm expected to play 2 Finals in coming days. Thanks to your suggestions in last few days, I'm leading the League table and competing for both cup despite having a squad less than 100% overall, it could not be done without your experience opinion.

Cup Final is Certain, looking at opposition's matches, I'm confident he'll start 4-4-2 Classic. Opposition is 5% stronger.

With 4 away goal advantage, I'm expected to play Champions league finals too, where I face an Ultra Attack minded team. He plays with 4-2-2-2 With Back 4, 2MC, 2AMR/AML and 2 ST and is also capable of Switching to 4-4-2 Classic without any substitutions, given his wide players are versatile. Both his AML ane AMR are in the top 5 CL Goal scorers.

So, I need to prepare for Both games focusing more on Countering both 4-4-2 and 4-2-2-2 formation. Please suggested me your counter formation and tactics. I'm looking for your suggestions.
