regardless, it is something to note that they still have the same problems over a large amount of time. Nothing is being done except things to increase the usage of tokens.

Think about it. Dealing with injuries - Reduces token suckage. Dealing with scheduling - reduces token suckage. Odd results from NGE - reduces token suckage since people get frustrated and want to increase their team quality. Unwanted friendlies - reduces token suckage. Fixing important problems for us = less tokens for Nordeus. They will stall on all of these issues until they start to lose customers and then, and only then, will they try to improve the game.
