    Individual training drills - sequencing

    Hey everyone, thanks in advance for reading.

    I’m just wondering if it matters how you sequence your training drills.
    For example if setting the warm up first and finishing with stretching makes a difference?
    Or do you just click which ever ones you want and it makes no difference to the benefits gained?

    If you want to powertrain a player it makes a difference, because when you train certain drills before others you can get certain skills higher in the end. As you can only train a drill to a maximum average of 180%, but skills can be trained above.

    Is there a thread on here some where that explains all that? Having trouble finding anything that simple.
