training goes up quicker earlier in season, the higher the players quality gets the slower the increase gets so i'd use 1 season to get to know your player, if a young player seems to regularly appear amongst goals and assists then train what abilities and positions you want to add at the start of the next one, get them as highly skilled as you can by time theyre 21 coz after that the reward for your effort apparently slows down, by trial and error you will figure it all out, what skills are harder to train, what positions train better and are more important in the game. have fun but assume nothing, just when you think you have it all sussed out something will change :-)
You must look who has most expansive market value and low salary. By the way player must be young ( 18 or 19 ) off course 😊
