What is the best way to train your players? I know you want to focus on highlighted skills but what other tips are there on training players to raise their skills as fast as possible. I know if you just repeat one training it loses its value. Is there a pattern to follow when training up a players attributes?

For the best result buy a 18 year old fast trainer 3 stars and then set up a training plan, depending on which skills you want to train the most.
