Someone else will have to answer #1-3, but I asked about #4 recently, and apparently the maximum capacity at level 5 is 19,000 attendees. Basically, the excess seats (12,000) you can only fill when you advance. On the other hand, you don't have to upgrade the arena for a while as the maximum capacity at level 6 is 28,000.
