How about listing an alternative record
1) How many have had a response from Customer Service within 48 hours?
2) Did they close your question without a response?
3) What is the total time you have waited for a reply from Customer Service?
4) Did they actually answer your query?
5) Did they acknowledge your issue and say "hopefully, the situation will be resolved soon, but sadly, we cannot provide you with a specific time-frame or when that might happen"?

My responses to this:
1) Once - I think.
2) Several times.
3) 124 hours.
4) No. Mostly it keeps going round and round in a loop - more information, what was the original query, are you asking about .... this all adds days to an issue and looks like they are just trying to buy time or for you to drop it without resolution.
5) Again - SEVERAL times. One ongoing issue now for 11 or 12 months.

From my experience, they reply within 24 hour with problem have been solve after that

Update - the record has changed:
2) Yes, another non-answer and the question was closed.
3) Just had a response which took 9 days or 216 hours ..... well in excess of the 48 hour that Topeleven set for themselves! Did they say sorry - NO.
4) No.
5) Yes, the same standard response - it is only slightly better than saying F*** off.
