Confused about fast trainers :-( . Help please

But more like a Level 1 in terms of knowledge as I haven't played the game for a couple of years now and just got back.
Saw lots of discussion on fast trainers and I still can't understand how to find fast trainers 😧

Im also at level 7..im also doesnt has more knowledge than expert but what i learn from forum, the more value on player the more faster it will gain on attribute/ skill.. at our level, the fast trainer are between 17m to 19 m..
i share u my experience, today i buy 2 dc. Both of them are 18 years old. The first one i buy him at 29 token and 17.9m (but starting price at 15.6m) and the second one are 24 token and 19.8m ( starting price at 17.4m). I train both of them with hundred restt pack each..the first one increase their percentage from 98 to 110 and the second one increase from 96 to 112..look like the first one only second class fast trainer and the second one look like fast trainer..
