to have the hidden buff, you must have all the players of the first team on fire, so you must put your AML on fire.

You can get "on fire" if a player does something extraordinary like score a hat trick or provide a hat trick of assists. A GK making a huge amount of saves and you also winning the game might do it. My AML recently scored three solo goals and became "on fire". My ST at another point scored 4 goals and was "on fire". They already have to have High morale to trigger it.

I got that achievement because of the previous bug of unlimited rests packs lol
