Can anyone tell me how to claim the special achievement award? I’ve unlocked everything but can’t get that.

You just click claim and then you will find it right at the bottom of your achievements page. It's nothing special. Just a award.

He scored 5 out of 7 goals in the match (we were favourites); 2 free kicks, 1 brilliant 1on1, 2 times he scored so fast his marker could do nothing (which is quite rare for a Striker in T11 2020).
However, not once did the versatile attacker's icon show. While am not yet convinced that the SA had a thing to do with his performance, I will still note that Strikers don't usually do so well in this game. This new guy, snatched the MOTM from my high quality winger Nenk (see the picture below). I used the word snatched because he grew from 7 rating and overtook Nenk.
If his performance tonight was due to his SA, then it will arguably become a new "cheat" in the game.

Same. Here I have never had a striker who scores goals as regular as my 2 wingers in all 4 season I have played. But he has scored in every game he has played since assigning him the ability. 8 matches in a row including friendly tournament games against quality opposition 13 goals and he was on the bench in the cup and 1 league game until late on.

So I played Maccalli in a more serious match - my League game (benched my underperforming 8* AMC) . We weren't the favourites this time, opponent's defenders were 120%+; one would expect 99% St to be missing in the game, but not versatile attacker Maccalli. Though he didn't score much, his assist equals to a goal - looks like the playmaker SA is included here. And again He beats my high quality wingers to be the MOTM.
It appears this SA works from the start to the end of the match; the only way to stop this striker is a hard tackle that leads to injury. I wouldn't like to play against a bot team team with this SA, it is such an easy game decider.

It's not versatile striker, it's versatile attacker. I assigned my mine to my ST/Amc because I play without a striker in the striker position alot of the time. I play with AML AMC Amr up front and I am finding the ability for my player is working best in the AMC role. But other people are having alot of success playing the striker. I think the ability can be used effectively by any player in the AMC Amr AML St positions. Like any ability I find you have got to have high quality player to get the best from it

I got lucky this time, for the first time, with my second SA. What a player this could be, I hope he lives up to expectations.

So coming back to this thread again, my new player with the versatile attacker special ability had an okay first season. He missed the first week of the season, because I didn't train him there, and still managed to put up decent numbers and is my second best goal scorer in the league (of course behind freekick taker)...
However I'm not sure how good this SA really is/was. Will see how he does in the future, generally speaking I'd say, that the set piece specialist SA from the sponsor before was better value.

I haven’t notice any difference in the performance after assigning the versatile attacker ability. And I never saw the icon getting activated durüng live match, unlike some others wrote here in the forum. And this season, he is the third best scorer in the club, after the academy trained, free-kick taker striker and the 18-yo AML with shadow striker ability (which have been activated more than a few times this season).

I am starting to regret buying premium last season and not buying in the season where set piece taker SA was introduced instead.

Set piece taker was defo the better option I think. Still versatile attacker isn't bad imo, just maybe not worth 5€, as probably also with this seasons SA, which I also assigned to one of my players... Will see.
