wrong......... morale drop or not depending on players' individual performance

O yes, it is true.....when your squad receive a win-bonus, their morale will remain.....when you don't set bonusses, their morale will drop slightly if winning, and much more in case of loosing.

Be sure that the bonus is relative of your manager level....
For example a 15k bonus while playing on level 10 will do not the trick

Be a while until I reach a 1000, I've had to slowdown on friendlies for the time being as my team has to cope with all these injuries I've been getting lately as I've less players to rotate while I play the friendlies, so I'm down to 2 per day.

So morale only goes down, never up. seems like a **** situation for all managers.

If you play enough friendlies (2 for my cases), you should be able to maintain the team's morale level.

My morale packs are slowly increasing (50 or so), but I only have 1 friend who doesn't seem to mind friendlies. Another is someone who's only just started playing the game, while everyone else would be quite angry if I stealth friendly them (including three from this forum).

Been trying to get rests and treatments more than anything.

Would be nice if there were a option on T11 in which you could exchange blue to green, green to red, red to blue etc ....
