I'm a bit confused. For the start 3 matches with 10% I did that with a friendly but it didn't count. I'm seeing some people say it did work for them. Do I need my subs on 10% too?

I am about to complete the third last reward which would give me two players.. my question is will i get them for this season or will i get them next season? also, if i am getting them this season, wont it be better to claim them on day 1 and effectively save them from dropping a star. will this be even possible?

Your starting eleven and subs must be at 10% individual bonus. Another bad description of a task from Nordeus.

You will get them this season and they will drop 20%. It will not be possible to claim next season, because with the server reset we will get a new special sponsor on Day 1 of the new season with new rewards.

I too wish they published the list of tasks earlier on in the event.
Overall the event was Ok this season.

From my subjective perspective (with Premium Pass):

Pluses:
-The free loan player was a good addition and I was about to buy a player for that position;
-The 5.5 * Academy player is a good addition for next season
-I got a 7* MR/MC which I will keep for at least the following season

Minuses:
-The price for the free loan is too high considering the star drop at the beginning of the new season, so I won't keep him;
-The tasks released later in the event are a bit over the top: the 150% and 130% respectively, but also the assign 2 coaches in Youth Academy (already had one task to assign 4 coaches), also the buy two 96%+special ability task;
-Even if I manage or choose to complete some of these tasks (I do have two players >130%) and assigning 2 coaches can be done, the incentive to accomplish them is very low for me: I do not have a player that would make use of the Intercepting Specialist ability and I do not see any use in the 20% faster recovery, as the season will soon be over anyway.

I don't say the difficult tasks shouldn't be there, it is somewhat normal, with a strong emphasis on the word "somewhat", but the order of the rewards is a bit messed up in my opinion.

The event however is a good addition to the game and I am surely looking forward for the next season's format, if there will be any improvements.

Not really, still not dissapointed: the Academy player I was training is a GK, now I got an additional MC with two abilities (FK on MC is useless, true), so added to my 3 MCs which are currently 7* or close, it means I don't have to worry much about the MCs next season, I have enough options for first team and rotation. I added DMC position to my youth MC, so it looks like a good enough addition to my squad.

And I'm not praising Nordeus, half the stuff they add to the game requires immediate improvements and corrections, the other half is downright questionable.

But subjectively, the MC just works great for me. Unless they gift another MC as a free seasonal loan, that would annoy me a bit.

An early list of tasks next season is mandatory.
Assign two Academy trainers when I developed 4 players to 100% is wasting tokens.
I won't finish it because I don't have players to assign special abiliy and 20% plus refresh is no worthy at the end if the season. The special reward doesn't motivate me, I don't use to like Top Eleven surprises.

Good thing I saved my youth academy coaches until today, because I had the feeling that another youth coach task would come, like a season before as well.

For me this sponsor was really good, probably the best there has been so far. I reached Level 19 without needing to buy a Level with Token, which is very good. And due to the large number of tasks this time, we had a good variety in my opinion and also not too many ressource draining tasks also.

I think @ParshulXXL got it right with his summary, however another big positive thing for me was the 10% condition boost was unlocked very early at Level 8 (first week of the season for me with the tasks), so this alone was a big reason why it was worth to buy the premium pass early this time, even if I didn't know all the remaining tasks. Huge benefit there, loan player as well.

I was expecting an additional Youth Academy task, as they did in all the previous Sponsors, so I waited to assign the rewarded youth coaches until all tasks are available (and I was right). On the other hand, the rewards in the last 3-4 milestones, especially with the latest 2 set of tasks becoming available, are not worth the effort or resources for so late in the season, as everybody emphasized. Faster condition recovery in the last 3 days of the season is worthless, one or two players that will lose 20% are not really helpful, etc.

What should be done instead is, have the last 2 or 3 set of tasks mostly consist of actions that can be completed in a day, even if they required resources to complete them. Then, it would be our choice whether or not to complete them by spending resources or wait until later in the season. But the current tasks don’t allow that: I have to wait until my players score some goals/make some assists through several matches (provided you have 130-150% players, which I don’t), I have to wait until I attend 15 league matches, I have to wait until I start some matches with full bonus, etc. And also, the rewards at the last few milestones should be more permanent stuff to make them worth trying, but I don’t think Nordeus will give out 7* players early in the season or 20% faster condition recovery in the middle of the season
