Average quality of your squad and your achievements last season. In other words, your achievements are A+ but the average quality of your squad *$@#! you over as far as reputation is concerned

This can be altered after joining. So if you join now and sack all your 1* players before 3 am. You'll have an outstanding reputation by 03:01 am. Harsh.. I know.
