Interception Specialist Special Ability - does it really work? Share your thoughts!

So as the title says, last season we've received the Interception Specialist SA as a reward for the Premium Sponsor. It was recommended to be assigned to either a DL/DC/DR or a DMC. I've followed this advice and assigned it to the player above, however right now we are in the middle of the season, and to be honest, I've never seen this SA activating during a live game ( and believe me, I've watched more than 80% of my games so far ) nor seeing any defensive improvements on my player. Have you guys had better luck than me tho and saw it popping above the player's head during a live match? Share your thoughts and experiences below.

Absolute pure garbage, I've watched everyone of my matches. I've never seen it. Infact ever since I applied that ability to my player he's been garbage as well and he was my best defender, he got 8 and 9s every game and he scored goals for fun. Now he's like a ghost

My player with this SA is just about average for a defender, I noticed nothing special about him...

Did any one see the icon of Interception Specialist in game?
I almost watch over 90% match but didn't see this icon this season...
