I was finding this, so I deleted all those of my 'friends' that never supported me and made 'friends' with guys who were supporting my 'friends' that actively supported me, so have now got a large base of active supporters who I try to support as much as possible. Try re arranging games when your active friends have games too, more chance of getting then supporting back.
