Yeah actually it's in the shop, but this was one of the mods items and have a own story, that's why it it so special.
In terms of availability, probably in his place there should be the Barça jersey that was a tribute for the 100th club anniversary...

Yes, it could be, but the number of combinations that available options can be chosen on an emblem are less than the fingers of your hands. So it doesn't make it so special imho.
