So, time to prepare the 3rd edition of this competition, based in a 3vs3 format between the Presidentialist National Federations that belong to the O.M.A. system .

A excel will be created to organize the tournament. Confirm participations, write the rules and reporting protocoles etc.

The format will change in this edition, having 24 teams spread in 8 groups of 3 teams, and playing a double leg format in all rounds from Group Stage.

The worst 4 placed will play a Promotion playoff, kinda similar to the old 2nd Division B in Spain, so the 21-22th placed will join firstly the Route 1 Finale, the losers of this Route will join the Round 2 of the Route 2 that will include the 23-24th teams with other federations willing to join.

We will play a Nations Cup IInd Ed. during the season 141th.

RULES

-119,9% AvQ in the starting team (Home page AvQ)
-the main 11 players have to be 60% AvQ min'
-3 substitutions allowed from 1% and never exceeding the AvQ of the player you replace in each individual 1-1 substitution.
