I assume this also includes the rating of my team in FA. This is my second season and i found out that my team has way more stars in FA than my default squad lineup. So i guess this rating includes the 2 140%s I hired from youth academy, whom are garbage anyways and sitting in my reserves.

Sell all your best players to me at the end of the season.

Then spend lots of money buying great players in the transfers.

Then spend lots more money training them.
