Yes, if you promote 100%+ you get +1level oppos. The real margin, is from 1% to 180% so isn't easy to find a system where everybody can fit, in reality isn't posible. W would need a specific formula like the one I wanted to check out last season, which is assign points in relation to the immediate opponent GK AvQ, but here enters a complexity...
