Your understanding of the game seems stuck at the beginners level, honestly. My record shows that we, as managers, could do a lot with tactics to overturn disadvantage of up to 20% team quality. Ignorance, laziness, excuses-blaming and unwillingness to learn are what you insist on.

You can choose to quit the game when you cannot be bothered to learn and master, but don’t make yourself look silly when you try to blame the game for your losses.
