And i couldnt claim it.every time pressing claim game starts reconecting,later it disappeared and now is back but its impossible to claim anymore.what a bug game already.new season new problems

When did you claim it? Day 1 of season or day 3 of season?

If latter, you can only blame yourself in not understanding the simple logic of claiming rewards on time;

If former, you have more than a valid case to complain about it with the support - they surely will rectify it for you if this is the case.

The main point is: Day 1 or Day 3?

Is it that difficult to understand the 2 numbers and its obvious consequences?

So instead of being proactive in claiming the bonus at anytime in day 1 (we have 21+ hours to do that, and it takes less than 5s to claim it), you decided to leave it to Nordeus’ courtesy to determine your fate after a good full season’s work.

(It takes max 2 hours to powertrain all relevant drills involving finishing then add bonus even if you decide to do that - and then 5s after that, so that is hardly an excuse if so)

Im doing like this every season. Never had any problems never played on first season day because its not interesting to beat very weak team

According to your logic, Nordeus must always state a certain time, eg. Matchday 1 by no later than 23.59.59 as of whatever timezone, for every single event award claim then?

Common sense approach works for 99.99999% of managers here, but maybe there always is an exceptional few always requires laws and rules on every single details, even when that comes to a leisure football management game.
