I think that next future updates should give managers the option to loan out players for the season that they feel will wont get much game time or join the first team rather than selling them in auction. Then once the player/player come back from loan in the new season the manager can access whether to either keep them,sell them, or even loan them again. It can be similar to negotiations in the game.
