What’s the point

What’s the point in having a 97% team if all my players are complete a##? League game against a 75% team, had +13% for possession, all individual and training bonuses at max, team fully fit AND morale fully boosted. My opponent did not watch the game, I made constant changes to both team and tactics, I have a bloody 8star striker, game ended 1-1. Not the first shocking result of the season either. I understand that rating is not everything, and sometimes my team struggles against a lower 80% team, but this game was like year 11s playing vs year 6s. honestly shocking

**** happens, this season I've lost 2-1 against a team that had 23% less than me... Had my revenge the same day and beat them 7-0 😎
