I bought a similar player today, though he's only 22. AMC with shadow striker abilities. He set up 3, scored and got MOTM with a 9 rating in his first match! I'm only level 2 mind, so bought on scout - players like that don't come up in my transfer market.

It depends how long you plan on keeping them and if you power train. I reckon i change half my squad a season as i dont power train. Ive got guys that train well and keep up with the level/rating increase that ill keep but ill buy 31 year olds that are highly rated, knowing that ill only have them one season. Got 29 year old scout thats in his fourth season and trains very fast, always manages to stay scout level
