Starting with this season, the number of substitutions you can make per live match has increased from 3 to 5 substitutes across all competitions.

@RaiKo - there's no additional substitution in extra time. You can make up to 5 substitutions during a full match, which includes extra time. Any unused subs from the regular time are carried forward into extra time.

Is Nordeus will apply the new UEFA rules about goals scored away ?

This new rule begins this season. Goals scored away don't count in case of equality.

It's nothing unusual that 9th or 10th places get promoted to fill up the leagues of level above.
