you need a 3rd Defenseman or you will have 20% possession and lose many games. Get 2 more defence at least. I like the formation though with 3 DC and only 2 ST

I just looked at the team again...what are you doing to them? You say power training, but it looks like you got them training 24/7 without rest. There are laws against that you know...
