4-5-1 really works for you guys?? I've thrashed teams in my league that used it. I'm always either 3[w]-1-4-2 or 3-4-1-2 and I'm scalping most popular formations. I do have the strongest team in my league though, which obviously helps a lot too.

My 4-5-1V seems to have worked against every formation i've played on this game bar one.
I have a perfect record against everything but the narrow diamond.

saying that, i haven't played against a butterfly yet though, seems like quite a rare formation in my opinion, as DMR/DML doesn't seem like a desirable position in most players on the market, most players don't have teams diverse enough to field all the players required.

and tbh keith, formation only seems to matter if your quality is less than the oppositions, or equal.

are you kidding me? I love butterfly, but the problem is, I dont usually play against managers who actually use AML and AMR, so I dont get a chance to use my DML/DMR as often and they hate to sit on the bench!

It is a fairly solid formation as long as they dont change to 2 AMCs up the middle. then it gets hairy.
