World Cup IVth Edition Season 152
Finally, after almost 2 years since the last time we played a 1 vs1 World Cup, to fight for the Special Emblem, the tournament is organized again, this time, but, we will use the System of National Federations that is integrated and part of the O.M.A. -Official Managers Association- and we will make it accessible as it was, limited too, and keeping the original essence that the competition had, playing first 4 continental competitions to select the best 4 managers to play in a last stage to compete for the unique emblem.
RULES***EDITING YET -SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND PRECISED SOON.
-The competition will begin in the season 152, December 5th and will end January 2 of 2022.
-Any manager willing to represent a Nation needs to stay inside the National Federation of the Official Managers Association system that he wants to represent, which should be the real life Federation if posible, and, managers can not stay in more than one Federation.
-If a Federation, doesnt have the Presidency, Vicepresidency, a staff member or someone, named/delegate to perform the playoffs for a particular Nation, we will open playoffs with limited spots in the main group.
-The Federations performing playoffs to select the managers who join the event, will get more spots/managers to participate. And the governments can name someone willing to be in charge to perform the playoffs to send the assigned quota per nation.
-Playoffs should be played this Season 151. Managers can only join with a single identity, so no more than one known account.
-The winner will earn the 4th special emblem that this event delivers to the winner, with receive a reward of 70Tokens and the 2nd and 3rd placed managers will get 50 and 30 Tokens respectively.
The format will, reduce the managers, to 1 manager per country in the round of last 16, and, we will spread teams in routes, to make this posible. The 16 teams will belong to 4 continents, and there will be a proportion -like europe 6/ 4 asia / 3 africa /3 america - in the routes depending on the participation. It could be 4-4-4-4 or a proportion we will decide after the register.
AVQ RULES**
- 114,9% with the players from the starting 11 at 40% minium***CONFIRMED
-The 114,9 will rise every 2 rounds and for the semifinals-finale it will reach 119,9*** CONFIRMED
- Tankers allowed
-5 subs allowed from 1% never exceeding the quality of the player that each one replaces in each single substitution.
-Double Goals Rule is active to prevent a excess of draws.
