We will see tomorrow. I sold some of my players as soon as they pushed the announcement of the event into the game and decreased the best 14 quality to 82%.
I will sell two or three of my players just before the event as well and further decrease it to 72%. It will be revealed then, which day it’s calculated.

Bad strategy friend, there is a minimum quality for these events i think about 80-90% where it gets you a final opponent with 104%, so no ponit in lowering your % that much, with 82% you will get an easy event.
We’ll see as I stated, mate. Even if it is, I don’t think I would have something to lose by trying hence either way it is indeed nothing to fill the vacancies with five star players. At least this way we would make sure whether it is as you have said or not.

Moreover, I have seen a guy shared on a FB group playing with 77% quality in the last phase recently. Therefore, your hypothesis might be wrong.

I have many association teams who are like 60% but their first opponent in these events was always around 70%, while normally the first opponent is weaker when you play with a stronger team.
