How many times can you cancel a league game?

how many times can someone cancel/change a league game time?
Got a guys done it twice already today - not sure why but he has a track record doing it - quite often not even turning g up at the rearranged time???

A player can change his home games the number of times he wants, there is only a limitation, the game can'r be postponed to a date less that 24hours before the time the game is rearrenged
