Draw 4 AvQ order:
1)team 160% 2)110% 3)105% 4)100% 5)100% is very unfair.

If you make your team 140-150% quality, you should expect to see at least 2-3 tough rivals on your way. It shouldn't be all walkover matches for you, isn't it?

For me the only fair draw is the next one:

All teams is separated in groups by quality
Group 1 - Teams 160-140%
Group 2 - Teams 140-120%
Group 3 - Teams 120-100%
Group 4 - Teams 100-80%

Draw - 2 (or 3) teams from Group1, 2 (or 3) teams from Group2, 2 (or 3) teams from Group3, 2 (or 3) teams from Group4
