White skills vs Grey Skills does it matter anymore??

I feel like highly trained white skills... does not matter anymore...

Is the general quality (so also defending skills/grey skills) important for example a ST??

SO the training I do to get highly trained white skills.. is my feeling now a waste of time with out any result....

For example I trained my ST... but he hardly scores now.. even to low opponents...

What is your thought about that...???

I can’t say I feel it doesn’t matter at all but ovr has become more important even than white skills. I have not yet come to a point to just train the grey skills to get my player to 160% but it wouldnt surprise me if that would be beneficial
