All Youth Academy players are slow trainers and 300 packs is well overpriced to get a player to 109%, because you can get 18 y.o. player at auction for 30 tokens and spend 100 packs or less to bring him to 109%...Originally Posted by alfacino1389

It's a waste! Buy an 18yo from auction and train him instead. You will spend far less resources and get better results the only trade off is time.Will he guaranteed be a six and a half star player next season?
It’s another Top Eleven con to get more money out of us. Even if you get. 7 star in two seasons he’ll be a five star so what’s the point?

It's expensive. But it does save us the time and effort. These players aren't necessarily outdone by players with high whites these days.
As people say depends on your aproach to the game, i still feel players trained by us are a bit better, so i don't really raise thei level to much on the academy, only enough to get them playstyles
