Facing a dylemma and need help of advice

Looks like Jerome is your main player and I'm not sure who's as supporting role in your squad, but sending slow MR to bench won't be a problem cos he has an average rating pattern. I had to sack similar player(med investment on him)last season. I had detected he was bad egg in my squad and effecting my team's contribution list in bad way.

I'd like to recommend you monitor new assigned internal roles; your AMC position and the performance of new fast trainer. As you know, Player growth speed and performances are separated parameters from each other.

I m planning to make all 4 of my attackers 7+* at some point.
If i feel like the new AML isn t performing i ll swap position with Michelini.
Michelini might have more assists since i put him to take corners.

Athanasiadis seemed to have been a better scorer than Michelini but i stripped him from free kicks since he is a slow trainer and i don t want to invest more in him.

Might be a coincidence, but i think it s important to note that the player that takes the corners, penalty kicks and free kicks is usually the best scorer and assister in your team, no matter who is the main player assigned by the game engine.

I m wanting to give my new ML/AML set piece specialist to make him my club legend since he s also lower rated than Michelini and also trains faster.
But i ll have to see if he performs and is worthy of that set piece specialist ability, as my PLAN B i will make Michelini set piece specialist if ML/AML performs bad.
