You should finish in 10th to be much safer since you can promote somtimes by placing on 9th place in the league.
You basically put your reserves in wrong positions so you re sure to lose.
Your players should stay the same. But the bad thing about staying on the same level is you won t participate in Super League or Champions League every 2 days...
