It will fail because players know how to manipulate the game engine by hiding all their highest % players in the reserves and placing the worst team in the starting lineup on the last day of the season which causes the game engine to assign those teams in an easier league or they tank the team while keeping all the best players in the reserves and substitutions. They keep training their best players and then when they get placed in an easier league voila they put all their best players and trounce everyone else and win all the trophies because they also get placed in easier matchmaking in other competitions. Until TE sees the entire team including reserves and subs and takes that avq we will always have problems with bad match making. If this does not get fixed there will be no relief

That is why we need... a system like FA... with promotion and regalation... no more removing 20%at the end of a season...
So the team can keep growing and players lose because of their age and physical abbility...

So completely remove the "level" system..

I still hope it is going to be like that...

Hopefully next season.... or at least we some teaser from Nordeus what the new system is going to be
