You do not understand, or do not want to understand what I mean.
There used to be a rhythm of 2 matches a day that influence condition for a reason. You can rest a player 15 times a day using video ads and together with a part of the 25 free rest packs (also from videos) you have enough to rest your starting eleven to 100% before the second match of the day. You can save a part of the 25 rest pack for later use.
When you only have 1 match on a particular day you can not use the 15 free rests to rest before the second match, since there is no second match. You can only use those packs to train more. On the other day with 3 matches you still have the 15 free rests only. These are all needed for the second match. For the third match you need to rest your players entirely using rest packs.
So, conclusion. With a rhythm of 1 or 3 matches a day you train more (on the day with 1 match) and save less green packs (spend more on the day with 3 matches than you save extra on the day with 1 match).
