    Tokens Not Received

    I completed a Token offer on the website today and signed up and brought a domain name through GoDaddy.com

    I should have received 256 Token within an hour, but 6 hours later I have still not received my tokens?

    Can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

    Click on support button on bottom left I believe.

    Try waiting 8 weeks and not see any of the tokens for completing the godaddy offer.

    You could report this to the offer provider (Matomy,Tokenads,Supersonicads etc etc).. There is a customer service button/option below the offer table/bar. I claimed around +50T just buy sending them ticket after ticket.

    Which sponsor? Trialpay one works. You just have to contact the sponsor and they'll look into it for you

    Thanks for all the advice ladies & gents.

    I've pinged off a message to Nord, but given your advice, I won't hold my breath waiting for an answer, so I'll go back online and message the sponsor too.

    Interestingly, the domain I brought was Top11Player.com and perhaps I should of brought Top11NonPlayer.com as that's the way I'll be heading shortly as I don't like being ripped off....

    you must report this problem to the offer provider. Wait one more day and if you didn't recieve your tokens, click on the offer provider on which that offer was, and then click on the support button.

    I've also made a tutorial about offers and surveys, I recommend you to read [Tutorial] How to make surveys and free offers work.

    Nordeus is not able to help you with this problem, you MUST contact the offer provider. This is not Nordeus' fault, that's the fault of the offer provider.
