3N-1-4-2 or 3N-4-1-2 are both excellent formations vs 4-4-2 classic and should win most of the time. In this case, the NJ Aeros should have won considering the quality differential.
The red card changes it to a 50/50 for me.
I think your tactics in this game are the cause, because you had only 4 shots on net, 0 freekicks and 4 corners, with more possession (barely) than him. If you were attacking, mixed, whole pitch, normal, mixed, zonal, no offsides or counters, then you should have won this even with the red card - 9 times out of 10 vs this quality opposition.

Get yourself a tissue, wipe off those tears and analize what you did wrong, stop looking for something that isn't there, you had very bad tactics and that's why you lost.

as many said .. the red card changed the game .... sometimes people lose facing inferior sides when 11 men on the pitch let alone 10
tackling normal is risky .. why you do so facing weaker side? there is always a chance you come across a harsh referee, and today was the case .. i go easy facing inferior sides to avoid red cards and get one red bag
Well I won with 4-4-2 classic too against much stronger opponents. But I think they will win 8/10 if we play 10 games.
And indeed you can't catch(win) them all!

Hard tackling doesnt get you anymore or less cards than normal or easy tackling. Ive played 2 seasons easy tackling and 2 seasons hard tacklingQuote:

IF you hard tackle it means your more easily countered as your players take longer to get up and back to positions easy means you push your man but dont let him past and normal stay on feet but go for it i have 5 clubs and it dosnt mean red cards it means how your team plays.
