I think that is the purpose of it.

But the issue I have with that if it is true, is based on what July said in another post, where your skill progress accumulation per game is based on the amount of condition you use in the game. So the more active your player in the game, the more skill progress action he gets.

That being said, if your Fitness skill is higher, you would lose less condition, and therefore acquire less skill progress per game

Please correct me if I am wrong on this.
