Possession, as you know does not matter.

You can have the ball as much as you want, all that matters is WHAT you do with it. Try changing orders to attacking mentality, maybe add arrows on your attacking players so they get more chances to score

4-3-2-1 should beat 4-4-2 most of the time. 4-4-2 is not invincible.

Let me laught! You're trying to say me that the formation done every thing? So why trying to have good players if it's not important?

Look at your formation as a ship and you are the captain. Your instructions will make your ship get to its destination or they will make your ship sink.

That is to say that instructions are just as important as your formation, but get either wrong and you can lose very easily

Yes, i read this from a fortune cookie.

ok so what advice can you give me to lead my team?
I'm very tired of losing against bots and if i don't find a solution to have a minimum of balance in matchs, i'll give up.

you need to be aware of formations and which ones are really sweet v yours.

if you just think having better players will ensure you win you are mistaken.

why do you think there is a counterformation table and why do you think people ask for advice on here all the time

clue- its not because it doesnt matter.

ive won cup finals 4-1 v 20% stonger teams due to the correct counter. maybe if you paid attention to the formations beating you?

    dont u analyse ur defeats????

also what are your average daily training bonuses worth?

you probably dont bother training much because your players are so amazing anyway!

maybe your assistant manager wants you to take a risk and play mixed passing
