i don't understand how my player can loose so much moral!
i begin my season with 40 moral pack, i finish champions in my league, in cup, i loose in quarter of final after beating a lot of team better than me (1 or 2 level more) and my players loose moral!!
i have only 7 moral now and no possibility to win moral ?!!! how to do ??
it's not normal that i loose so much moral , and i'm champion!
moral drop when you :
- lose or
- bench him or
- take him out during a match or
- most importantly play bad thus getting low rating in a match .. so is no surprise they have to go down regardless sooner or later bcz every good player will have a bad /average day

Yes, but how can moral increase WITHOUT using a blue pack??? condition +5 every 3hrs, injuries decrease in duration over time, but morale NEVER increases by itself? Apparently you only decrease the amount it diminishes by playing the same formations and playing regularly?

Yes and for condition and injury, with installation of stadium, we can earn pack green or red, but moral is impossible!
how to do ?
How much win bonus do you give them? If its too low, that can influence morale.

I apply them too in big matches for even 90% players bcz you never know , one mistake or good pass or goal could be the difference

i have never seen a natural rise in morale in any player in my squad. Only way i can raise it is blue packs. I have posted on here previously with my confusion over morale. I have had a striker have a decent match, score a goal and still slightly DROP in morale. I even had a few players in my squad lose morale after last nights WINNING champions league final. Thats just ludicrous.

Btw, you get 1 blue when you watch your match, 1 for a win (0 for a draw and -1 for a loss) AND you could get an additional one if you dominate your opponent. There's no exact measure for domination (especially for when the game says so), but you could safely bet that if you get a 5:0 win - you've dominated your opponent.

6 matches ago I've pushed my main squad to superb morale, every single player was full.
Since then I have:
- won every game
- always had full attendance except one game due to price experiment
- attended every game
- successfully defended my leader position

I mean what the hell? The form of my GK is supposedly 6-6-7 for the last three matches without him even letting a single ball past him. The MC Previtali and my AMC could be explainable because they've had low ratings and were almost always substituted to get the rest pack.
But seriously, this drop is crazy for winning six matches in a row with a total of 19:3 goals...

Personally i only add to a players moral if it goes below 80%...
This is only because ive never seen any change in performance related to team moral...could always be wrong :/...
Winning matches and getting good ratings isn't all that relates to players' morale ... it can drop if you substitute them, if you don't put them on the main squad or the contrary - if they play every single match and never get to rest properly, even if you don't offer them a new contract when they want one.
You can never know which one it is and indeed it's a pain in the ass sometimes, but I don't think it's such a big deal if 2 or 3 of your players drop from "Superb" to "Very good" after a few games like shown in somebody's screenshot on the previous page - that's normal.
why moral doesnt reset to 100 % after season ? :(

If it's on a player who's entering the last year of his contract I guess it could be due to that, but on this one I'm more likely to believe it's just Nordeus trying to make you spend a few more bucks.
Perhaps it's because it was the summer break for the players (they went off partying and sunning themselves) and a drop in moral could be the result...

Just discovered that you only have to bench a player for one game and his moral drops just from that :confused:...
