Doesn't is seem daft that teams with Qualities of 32.7 are in a LEVEL 8 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE... WTF

I think July Fourth has 32.7 Quality when they were playing in Level 3 if I remember well.

Is Petersen starting to decline now?

I dont think so. He is still playing well but other players are stealing the spotlight. Maybe he is declining slowly but it is understandable. Age is starting to sink in
