And against 3N-4-3... tough one, 3N-2(DML/DMR)-3MC-2. I would not use butterfly or 4-5-1v, I struggled when using those against 3N-4-3

It looks like a 3-2-3-2 formation or a 3-5-2 inverted v formation.

Either way, you can use the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond for both.

But for the 3-2-3-2 formation, I reckon you can use 4-3N-1-2 as there is no need for a DMC if he does not have an AMC.
