Necotiation List !!!???

Hello guys

i just upgrade to lvl 4 and the negotiation are open for me now !!!

can somebody explain me how can i put one of my players to the negotietion list ??????

also how does negotiations work ??

You don't put your players on there, they automatically go on there when they are 1 skill point away from next star (or something like that) so if you want them on there train them until they are 1 skill point away from next star and they should appear on there to managers on your level and server but you will not see them but you will receive bids.
