We are looking for a native speaker of the Indonesian language. Smart, fun, creative people who are as passionate as we are about team work and providing the very best in customer service and care. As a member of our team you will be tasked with making our players, happy players. You will be solving issues, coming up with smart scalable solutions for our ever growing and expanding customer base. Taking feedback on the game and direct communication with our players. You will be helping with any product or service related questions and ensuring that our players receive top class customer service. Additionally you may participate in community forums by presenting new features, discussing bugs and resolving issues there. You will also help us translate our games, making sure all our localized versions are perfect – and fun!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer’s queries, concerns, issues and feedback, in a timely, professional and quality manner
Analyse customer related issues to provide feedback on product improvement and enhance the user experience
Pro-actively seek solutions and suggest workflow efficiency gains
Develop and maintain good customer relationships
Work across various departments and teams specifically escalating bugs, issues and feature enhancements
Act as a point of contact for your peers and other departments on all customer facing issues
Adhere to policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Passion for customer service and social gaming
Native speaker of Indonesian (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Ability to work in a high paced, ever changing, fun environment
Ability to work in a team
Self-motivated, data and results driven
Customer-facing experience desired (retail, hospitality, online support, etc.)
Customer Service quality assurance experience a strong plus
Degree preferred
