    He knows they're 149 max, he's asking whether they'll be 139 or 149 max, because he'll be a level 25 manager in a level 23 league, so will it suit him, or the league?

    @meis, why would you be in a level 23 league next season? I'd expect it to suit the league, so 139, actually.

    In my current league which is lv 24 (I'm now lv 24 too), some of them are lv 25, there are two lv 26, one lv 27, one lv 30 managers. Is complicated
